Love the Retro look of Macrame? Want to make a cool accessory for the home?

Join Maria in making in learning the skills to make some great hanging plant holders.

Each attendee will be given a kit designed for making two, one for in class and one to practice at home.

The class will run from 10am-1pm.

Teacher bio

Maria is an IT geek and moonlighting craft nerd. As a child she would earn pocket money by embroidering and beading the wedding dresses and costumes made by her mother’s award winning dressmaking business. She was started on her fiber arts journey by her grandfather who taught her to knit a simple scarf at 8 years old, but it was when she picked up her first crochet hook 9 years ago when she truly got ‘hooked’ on yarn! Since then she has grown a passion for making retro inspired garments, accessories and homewares, and encouraging new crafters how to knit and crochet. She is known as @moonlightingmakes on Instagram and @uvulagirl on Ravelry
