Books – Laine Nordic Knits

We are thrilled to introduce something truly special: Nordic Knits, a one-shot issue of Laine! As the name suggests, this edition is a celebration of Nordic knitting traditions. Packed with 164 pages, it offers more knitwear patterns than before — 17 in total! These patterns are crafted by Nordic designers or designers with Nordic roots, and we have also included a few timeless classics from beloved Nordic yarn brands. Every pattern features yarns from Nordic manufacturers, ranging from established brands to small, artisanal hand-dyeing studios.

The knits were created by the following designers and yarn brands: Jenny Ansah, Kristin Drysdale, Hillesvåg Ullvarefabrikk, Ronja Hakalehto, Tiina Huhtaniemi, Caitlin Hunter, Marianne Isager, Åse Lund Jensen, Susanna Kaartinen, Eli Leistad (aka Skeindeer), Lotta H.
