Circus Tonic Handmade Cirrus Fingering Set

Circus Tonic have an exciting new base to try for 2025. Cirrus Fingering is a lovely fluffy yet substantial fingering weight mix of Baby Alpaca, Cotton and Merino. The fluffy halo is wrapped around the cotton and merino core creating an interesting texture for enjoyable, easy and speedy knitting. Imagine when you hold a lace weight and a light fingering together, this is kind of done for you. Try some fluffy socks or perhaps a hat or small shawl.

It will be fun to play around with gauge as although the yarn is 400 m/ 437 yards per 100g you will be able to knit at a DK guage due to the halo.

Circus Tonic Handmade comes from the Adelaide based dye studio of Hannah Ginn. Making the move from the sciences to dyeing has seen Hannah build an international following with her beautiful colours.

38% Baby Alpaca, 37% Pima Cotton and 25% non superwsh Merino 400m/ 437 yards per 100g, hand wash only.

Sets are 100g of main colour and 20g of accent colour.
