The whole of Yarn Trader HQ is a space where crafters are encouraged to come and make at all times. We also have a dedicated space designed to comfortably host classes, workshops, exhibitions and events. This space can seat groups of up to 18 around our tables and host even more for workshops and lectures. The studio is also available for knitting and crochet groups to use.

DROP IN HELP
We are delighted to provide quick advice to customers who might have a query with a pattern or yarn purchased instore. We do not extend drop in help to non-customers using patterns or yarn not purchased in store.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy
You are able to cancel or change dates up to 10 days prior to the workshop or class to receive a full refund. This ensures your spot can be made available for another interested student. Less than 10 days prior to the workshop or class we will be unable to reschedule or refund the cost. You may however transfer your booking to a friend.
If for any reason Yarn Trader must cancel a workshop or class for any other reason a full refund will be given or by agreement your booking may be transferred to another class.
