Continental Breakfast with Dear Pru (October)
Full English slowing you down? Try Continental… knitting that is! Learn a more ergonomic, efficient way to knit with Pru Raymond. Uncover the mystery of the leading leg and gain even more control over your knitting!
We will be combining this continental knitting class with an actual yummy continental breakfast with croissants, scones, granola cups, fruit and other lovely things.
Pre-requisite skills: none – suitable for beginners to advanced
Materials Required
- 4mm knitting needles (circular or straight)
- 1 x 50g ball of 8ply yarn
Our store will be open 15 minutes before class commences to purchase materials and wind yarn into a cake as required. Instruction booklets will be provided. Pens, scissors and any other tools needed will be available to borrow.
Their will be no entry to the class after the first 10 minutes
Tea and Coffee will be provided .
All class attendees with receive a 10% discount on all in-store purchases* on the day. This is also extended to any class materials purchased in advance.

Dear Pru is a South Australian business founded on creativity, learning and connection. Pru Raymond is the designer, teacher and writer behind the brand. She is passionate about supporting knitters to build skills and confidence while connecting with others through a shared love of being creative. Pru’s workshops are engaging and inclusive of all learners, drawing on extensive experience in secondary and tertiary education and a lifetime of knitting. Dear Pru knitting patterns are available in print internationally, and online.
