Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Orders

Our minimum is $100 (excl. GST, delivery and any other costs) with a minimum of two orders per annum to maintain your wholesale discount.

All orders are to be placed via our wholesale website portal unless agreed otherwise with ourselves.

The cost of shipping domestically will be added to your order during checkout. Shipping costs are calculated as per Australia post. For shipping costs greater than $100 we will obtain quotes from alternative carriers. If, on approval, an alternative carrier is more cost effective we will pass those savings back to the customer.

Domestic shipping is via Australia Post or courier depending on order weight.

All retailers must provide a copy of your ABN. 

Yarn Trader will share information as required with Eucalan of stockist contact information.

Payment Terms 

All orders must be paid at the of ordering and include shipping and gst.

All special orders require a 50% deposit at the time of order or as otherwise agreed with ourselves.

We are happy to replace defective items as well as cover any associated shipping charges. All other items are not returnable. 

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order in whole or in part for any reason, including without limitation the unavailability of any goods.

The Customer cannot cancel an order for goods, nor delay delivery or collection (as the case may be) once we have accepted an order without our consent (which may be granted or withheld in our discretion).

Minimum Recommended Sales Price (MSRP) 

Our MSRP is as per the www.yarntrader.com.au retail webportal. 

We reserve the right to cancel customers wholesale discount if they engage in any conduct prejudicial to the reputation of Yarn Trader or Eucalan

This may include but it is not limited to;

• altering the product or it’s packaging

• supply to a third party for re-sale
